Our Organisation

Global Faith is an organization in Tanzania  made up of professionals who are the pioneers of Community Concern projects, Meetings, Incentive, Congress and Events (MICE) industry in East Africa, and as such understand the requirements of this sophisticated sector.
We put our creativity and imagination at client’s service, tailoring events and venues to meet specific requirements of each client. Our company offers much more than simply incentive travel programs. We provide assistance and support to professional conferences, meetings, incentives, corporate events, product launches, congresses, customized tours, vacation travel, cruise line shore excursions, themed group travel, seminars and team-building programmes – all with a personal touch.
The company was formed by Stephen Ambrose, a veteran in Tanzania’s hospitality industry.





About Stephen
Stephen has specialized in the hospitality industry for the last 4 years and remains actively dedicated and committed to its growth within East Africa. In the mid 1990s he pioneered the development of Tanzania’s incentive travel market, working as a Senior Manager for one of the leading tour operators in the region. Stephen has worked extensively in both mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar Islands.
Stephen is responsible for product development, team building and designing the company’s incentive programs. He is also responsible for overseeing the operations, as well as all planning and production of major events and conferences. Global Faith’s incentive programs are well recognized in Tanzania and Kenya.

Stephen’s Philosophy

As an event’s organizer, I participate in some of the most memorable and celebratory days of many organizations and people’s lives. As these are such important occasions, I always embrace the vision of my clients and take great joy in bringing that vision to life.
I have a hand on approach to all aspects of the event and my clients can expect to work directly with me. I will be there from initial site selection to final clean up; valuing every minute of it.

Meshack Michael Sanga

Meshack is our ICT Manager and he brings an amazing and thorough background in travel to Global faith. He handles Sales and Tour Operations for many of our Special Interest tours, adventure tours and honeymoon trips. Meshack is a recognized member of Global faith and is actively involved with our field operations and our international clientele. Meshack's energy and insight, truly enables him to provide the best possible travel experience to our agents.Also he is advisor in many of our community concern projects.
